A straight line to Southlake.

If you live in Keller, you already know the route. Keller Parkway runs east into Southlake, where it becomes Southlake Boulevard and passes right by Southlake Town Square. That's where my office is.

I mention it because getting there matters. When someone finally decides to work on something painful, the small hurdles can feel big. A simple drive helps.

Some clients like to take a walk after a session, to let things settle before going back to the day. Keller has good places for that. The Big Bear Creek Greenbelt runs about five miles from Keller Sports Park toward Bear Creek Parkway.

EMDR doesn't erase what happened. It helps the memory lose its charge, so it stops interrupting the life you're building now.

Keller is a town of families, schools, and full calendars. In the middle of all that, it's easy to tell yourself this can wait. Maybe it can. But if it keeps showing up uninvited, that's usually a sign it's ready to be looked at, gently and at your pace.

Questions from Keller.

How far is your office from Keller?

My office is in Southlake Town Square, 161 Summit Avenue, Suite 200. From Keller, Keller Parkway leads straight there, becoming Southlake Boulevard along the way.

Is EMDR hard to go through?

It can stir things up, which is why we start by building ways to stay steady. You're awake and in control the whole time, and you can pause whenever you need to.

Can EMDR happen over video?

No. EMDR happens in person at my Southlake Town Square office, a short drive from Keller. I need to see how your whole body responds during a session.

What if I'm not sure EMDR is right for me?

That's what the free consultation is for. I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy and CBT, and we'll choose together.

What happens at the first session?

Mostly talking. I'll ask about what brings you in and what you'd like to be different. We won't start processing memories until you feel ready.

How much does it cost?

Sessions are a flat fee, listed below. I'm out-of-network and can give you a superbill for possible reimbursement.
